Squall's ultimate rival. He has earned a reputation at garden as a show-off and a snob. He's part of the Disciplinary Committee along with his friends Fujin and Raijin.
Early in the game, Edea puts him under her control, and he becomes her knight. I don't think Seifer is really a "bad guy". He must of had another side of him that wasn't shown in the game, being Rinoa's ex-boyfriend. I wish
they had elaborated on his relationship with Rinoa a little more...
